STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE


  1. All supply requests are tentative until approved by G4/G8 
  2. Pick up of available items is expected within 30 days of notification to the requestor from G4. Items not picked up within 30 days will be reshelved and the request cancelled. 
  3. Requestor is responsible for providing accurate contact information for vendors of items that are not in the current product catalog. This includes: Contact name (individual), Contact phone number, Contact email address, Vendor W-9 form for the current year.
  4. G4 makes every effort to fulfill supply requests in a timely manner. However, requestors should allow 60 days lead time to ensure adequate processing, shipping and handling time prior to the date of actual need.
  5.  G4 operates out of Ellenwood Readiness Center (EWRC) located at 5019 Hwy 52, Ellenwood, GA 30294 Room B32/B34
  6. Drill dates are generally the first full weekend of each month but may be adjusted based on holidays. Operating hours are 0900 - 1500 on drill days and by appointment between drill dates. Please contact G4@gsdf.ga.gov to confirm pickup dates and times prior to arrival.
