MARIETTA, Ga. – Georgia State Defense Force (GSDF) Soldiers from GFAB North supported the 80th Annual Memorial Day Ceremony at Marietta National Cemetery on May 25, 2026.
Alongside veterans, community members, and fellow service members, GSDF Soldiers gathered to honor the memory and sacrifice of the more than 18,000 heroes laid to rest there. Memorial Day serves as a solemn reminder of the courage and selfless service of those who gave their lives in defense of our nation.
The GSDF is a component of the Georgia Department of Defense, alongside the Georgia Air National Guard and Georgia Army National Guard.
